Christine has a passion for helping small businesses succeed in a challenging regulatory environment and has built a strong reputation as an expert and leading voice in the area of Human Resources. She has served clients in a leadership capacity for 25 years in multiple industries and environments within Fortune 250, venture capital and equity-backed companies, as well as privately held and family-owned businesses.

Kenda-Le has extensive experience across various industries, including retail, banking, construction, and fintech. She has worked with executives and leadership teams globally, helping them create and implement new models for communication and employee engagement. Kenda-Le attended the University of Texas and the University of Houston. She also serves on the board of directors for the Accessible Golf Community Foundation. Outside of work, she is an aerial yoga instructor and is active in community non-profits.
